      HINRICHSEN HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING WINS AWARD

Goodfield, IL — Hinrichsen Heating and Air Conditioning was recently recognized as a top-
producing WaterFurnace Dealer at the WaterFurnace International Annual Dealer Meeting
held April 27-28 in Orlando, FL. More than 250 WaterFurnace dealers attended this year’s
event to learn about new products, applications, and programs.

The company achieved a level of sales of WaterFurnace geothermal systems that ranked
them in the top 1% of dealers in 2005.

“Hinrichsen Heating & Air Conditioning earned this award because of their dedication to
the technology and their local reputation,” said Dave Buss, the Territory Manager for
WaterFurnace in Illinois. According to Buss, “Achieving this level of sales in a very
competitive area for geothermal systems means that Bruce Hinrichsen and his skilled team
have the expertise to design and install the systems to assure high levels of customer
satisfaction.”

Bruce Hinrichsen, President of Hinrichsen Heating & Air Conditioning stated, “We’ve been
installing WaterFurnace geothermal systems for over 8 years, and have more than 800
total units installed. We’re certainly proud to have achieved this level of sales, and this
year could be even better. With the costs of fossil fuels continuing to increase, we expect
